It is one of the best.
Upside: Developed by Ayala, known for high-end developments like the gated Makati Villages and Ayala Alabang. Location wise, it is at the heart of the entertainment district of The Fort, also known as the new Makati. From your condo unit, you walk into some of the best bars and restaurants in town, and are within the doorsteps of a mall/supermarket where you can buy anything you may need.
Downside: Its location is also its negative aspect. The place can be so busy for those who want a restful abode.
