Virginia Principals and Practice of Real Estate
In a day when the Real Estate industry is facing significant challenges while representing clients, it's essential to give new licensees a solid foundation. Traditionally the pre-licensing program has been a "test prep". Coldwell Banker Elite and Four Pillars Education, Inc's Pre-License program does prepare the student for passing the Virginia Real Estate Licensing test, but also how to find a broker, market themselves and run their business. The program will meet three evenings a week from 6pm till 10pm for a period of 5 weeks. A detailed timed outline is below. Students will be give reading assignments from two primary text books. Blues, Bikes and BBQ return to Avalon Resort in Paw Paw, WV Saturday, June 9, 2012. Also returning by popular demand is the blues band Paul Pfau and the Hellboys.
Avalon Resort, ‘Your getaway to the friendliest clothing-optional resort!’ has a variety of lodging options available from lodge rooms, cabin, chalet and condos to a year-round campground. The 12th annual motorcycle show is again sponsored by Montgomery Motors.
Here is the tentative schedule for the 2012 event.
9 am Motorcycles start arriving
12-3 pm Lunch*
2-5 pm Voting takes place
2-6 pm Live Blues band onstage on the lawn
6 pm Trophies are awarded during the dinner break
5-7 pm Dinner
8-11:30pm Dance in the Bare Barn
*BBQ and draft beer available on the lawn throughout the day.
