The Hyatt Meeting Promise means that if the Meeting Planner?s expectations in terms of the service and/or quality of a meeting at a Hotel are not met, the Hotel will immediately take steps to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the Meeting Planner and/or refund a portion of the master account as set forth herein. The meeting planner is the designated on-site contact as identified in the Group Sales Agreement.
